There is no room for improvement – the only way to move forward is to ignore the Red Line completely; and the only way to achieve a good light rail line like other cities have started with would be to tear up the Red Line and start over.
The theory that the Red Line is a “good start” is akin to me declaring that if I drive out to El Paso, I’ve made a good start on my road trip to New York.
