		<description>There is no room for improvement - the only way to move forward is to ignore the Red Line completely; and the only way to achieve a good light rail line like other cities have started with would be to tear up the Red Line and start over.

The theory that the Red Line is a &quot;good start&quot; is akin to me declaring that if I drive out to El Paso, I&#039;ve made a good start on my road trip to New York.</description>
