What’s going in next door to Plaza Lofts, where the sports bar used to be? Will it block their view?
Gables had planned to build an apartment building there. I doubt it will get built within the next few years. Still, the uncertainty has put downward pressure on the prices of those Plaza Lofts condos that face south towards the proposed development.
