They did provide carport type covers for the vehicles, but it's still basically an exposed parking lot. Views of parked cars from the lower level units are not what I would consider a 'luxury' view. Most all other downtown highrise condo buildings installed ammenities above their parking structures. I think they missed an opportunity to include some nice ammenities in this area.
