The Milago Condos are defined by its location – on the bank of Lady Bird Lake and in the heart of the Rainey Street neighborhood. The setting is picturesque. Residents can walk out their front door and begin an eight mile jog or bike ride along on the trails which run the perimeter of the the lake. Because of the outdoor amenities and close proximity to the city, Milago is a favorite among pet lovers. The building is situated length wise, such that the west side of the building has the premium views of the lake and city. The best values are on the east side of the building.
