Acually, you do NOT want Phase II of MetroRail – it’s more investment down the wrong path (DMU commuter rail). You want investment in the CAMPO TWG urban rail project.
I will definitely link to this page, just as soon as I collect my own thoughts on the transit efforts (failures?) in the current bill in the Senate.
Just did a blog post on this. I’d love to hear what other people think is important (especially anyone who knows enough to sort through all of those water projects).
