The great thing about downtown Austin open houses is that you can generally walk from building to building. Take a stroll downtown now that summer is over and the temperature is cooler. DAB has no allegiance to the Austonian, or any other building. The W and Four Seasons are by appointment only (hence they are not on the open house list). We look forward to covering both buildings more in the future, but to date they haven’t invited us to tour, probably because there are no complete units available to preview. 🙁
