oh wow, for some reason I didn’t focus on that. I assumed it had to be over 3000 sq ft. I stand corrected.
At first glance, I would agree with you. It’s a one-of-a-kind showpiece. Thing is it’s not that big of a space. Price per foot is ballpark with the upper floors of the Austonian.
I have to say I was surprised by the price, I was expecting it to be around 2 million.
