    The comment about utilities being $50 a month in a downtown condo is false. I live in 360 and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

      Of course, if you live in a 2bd facing west (or any unit facing due west) at 360, your bill will be higher. It just depends on where you live, and how you live. Our utility bill for our 877ft, south facing 1bd/1ba at Sabine was ~$60 per month, while keeping the thermostat at 72 degrees all year round.

    That just about sums it up. I think its the visibility of it that makes those people so upset. It’s kind of the opposite of “out of sight out of mind”.
