In April or May we should see the peak of seasonal availability, so hang tight. Indeed, inventory is tight and demand is high. In the past 30 days I’ve seen two homes sold before hitting the MLS.
Thanks Jude, that’s encouraging! In the meantime I’m trying not to pay attention to mortgage rates. I really hope they can lay low for a couple more months!
